2. Reservation of Rights & Project Review

Right of Refusal: aibooktrailers.net reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel pending orders, or refuse project requests at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if content is deemed objectionable, gray-area, or harmful under this policy.
Partial/Full Cancellation: If a project is flagged for policy violation after work has commenced, aibooktrailers.net reserves the right to immediately halt production.
3. Reporting & Legal Compliance
In cases involving severe legal violations—specifically involving Child Exploitation (CSAM/CSAE), imminent threats of real-world violence, or terrorism—we will not only terminate the project immediately but also report the submitter, associated files, IP addresses, and submission metadata to relevant law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children - NCMEC).
4. Inquiries & Content Pre-Screening
If you are unsure whether your manuscript or fantasy/fiction themes (e.g., dark fantasy, thriller suspense, historical war depictions) cross into prohibited territory, please contact us for a confidential pre-screening review before submitting a project request.
